My company's uniform policy calls for a baseball cap. I think not, therefore I go without.
Ask thyself this: what's dorkier? An airline pilot wearing a baseball cap, or a 402 driver wearing a traditional "Captain's" hat?
I can only imagine the lines I'd hear..."Are you sure you know how to fly this thing, Captain Stubing?" or "Is that Tenille in the co-pilot's seat?"
