If you live (and want to stay where you are at) within a 3 hour drive of any of the three NYC airports, Delta would be a very good option. For those who want NYC, you can basically double your career earnings if not more out of that base.

The flying variety out of NYC is awesome. Within 2 years you can have your pick of about anything you want there including narrowbody captain slots. Local guys right now on the 330 are loving the 3-day Europe trips that pay 20 hours. Fly to Rome, stay for a day, fly back. That is some easy money making right there.
