According to Mr. Flannery, (and who wouldn't believe THIS guy?), PSA is having no trouble attracting pilots. So why all this talk about sending 700s back to Envoy? Why pay f/o's a retention bonus? Why not increase the flow and get rid of your most senior/expensive pilots?
You "hired 450 pilots last year" and only flowed 48!!!! Why is the seniority list shrinking?!?!?!?!?
Dion's words just don't seem to mesh with reality.
