Passover pay doesn't account for difference in trip schedules, overrides, and grid penalties. Yes, you may be paying me passover pay, but I am definitely not making what I should be nor am I flying the schedules I want.

24.B.7. says that a system bid must be closed or canceled prior to the opening of another system bid.

This does not take "automation" (or programming) as defined in the contract. Why isn't it in effect at DOS for bid 16-01?

Anyone think there's a chance of winning a grievance on that?

They have up to May 2017 to complete Phase Four events. With the length of the training letters and another bid sure to come out Spring 2017, the old contract filling of vacancies is going to be around until 3-4 years into our stellar 6 year contract.
