Your taxes should be deducted from where you live, not where you work. That's the beauty of the airlines. Your permanent address is where your taxes comes out.
That is not the case in many Ohio cities. In some cities the ordinance requires you to file two local tax returns but employer only withholds for one city.
In some cases the city you live in will allow a credit of taxes already paid to the work city. In some cities if you live there the rate might be higher than the work city and you owe the difference.
