The FOs that really want to upgrade quickly should start selling the company to all their friends and help get the classes full again. You're only hurting your own prosperity by constantly scaring potential new hires away. Empty classes will not result in major contractual improvements, the union has sold false hope if you believe that. American will not spend more than what they consider a competitive market rate.
