You tell the truth about today and let people speculate on their own about tomorrow. No one can predict the future. You are better off making life decisions based on your own predictions and education and don't rely on what someone else tells you will happen.
So it's okay to say upgrades are 2.5 years right now and leave it open to implication that's what's going to continue. How about you include the tidbit that 30+ new hires a month are required in conjunction with that upgrade. Quit selling half the picture. You are willfully misleading people.
