Management sucks but it does at every regional. Upgrades have slown down but the company will make us more competitive it just might not be as quick as we want it to be, but they will have to come around. It's always going to be cheaper for us to operate aircraft over paying other companies because they have to make a profit too it's simple business. If Rebubilc and PSA both offer $40 an hour for first year pay, American makes more if that flight is done by PSA. The planes will show up here it just might not be the original timeline.
The kool-aid is strong with this one.

How do you feel about the company stealing thousands of dollars from you by not honoring the contract when it comes to critical pay?

How do you feel about money getting stolen from you with the new ACARS times programming (must move a substantial distance from the gate to start getting paid)?

How do you feel about the company forcing illegal extensions, and threatening to fire people if they won't accept them?

How do you feel about the manipulation of the reserve grid so that it is almost impossible to swap trips after the SAP closes?

How do you feel about the 10 hour 4 day trips?

How do you feel about the company purposely slowing the SAP to the point that it is just about worthless?

I am glad that the SAP worked for you, but there were many pilots that were screwed by this and ended up with a terrible schedule. Will you say the same thing next month when you get all denials and no approvals?

Should I go on? I can...

Hotels?

Lying recruiters?

The company goes to great lengths on a regular basis to show their disdain for us.
