Thank you for posting something honest and reasonable. Compared to all the other regionals, PSA is actually a good place to work at. We deal with some tough working conditions at times, but so does every other regional pilot. I remain positive about my career and future outlook. The airline industry and career outlook has improved tenfold from what it was not too long ago. If you're not happy, make a move, places are hiring.
