Yea...but it works in reverse manor than you are thinking. Someone makes a statement that catches someone's eye. They start digging into old posts and start putting the pieces together. Let's say they see a post about getting hired 10 years ago with 400 total time and 30 hours multi engine. Then they see a reference to a hockey team associated with a school with a flight program. Then maybe they come across a post talking about flying a 4 engine wide body at certain airports. You cross reference the rewards program...You start putting it all together, you can figure it out.
I didn't mean to start a food fight. I was trying to offer some advice to someone because I thought it would help. I shouldn't have called anyone a moron...I'm sure that's not the case. I stand by my original advice. This is a place many pilot applicants reference for interview information. Don't shoot yourself in the foot.
I didn't realize that our Recruiters and Hiring staff had training equivalent to that of a Federal Agent or Criminal Investigator in regards to cross-referencing multiple posts on APC and connecting those posts to 1 of 10,000 applications on file.
