I hope none of those productivity concessions turn out to be true but if they do, you can see that the company caused themselves to be short handed right now, starting back in 2012, when they made the corporate decision to -not- hire for another year, in an effort to show greater earnings and drive the stock price up.

Just like when they outsourced half our domestic flying to RJ's, then couldn't staff them, they created this problem, now they once again, expect us to fix it for them, by working more, for less.

I'm a solid NO vote for any more -help- for the company, until the company solves MY 18% pay and no DB problems first. That's OUR MONEY they are going to use to buy back stock, and yet they still expect us to solve their self induced staffing problems?
