We have all the CRJ's that have been announced, so based on that information one has to assume the only movement that comes from a CRJ Captain spot is retirement or moving on.
When discussing PHX more then 1/2 the base has been there for 15+ years and one must assume a good chunk are not attempting to move on.
So without some additional form of flying or some massive shift PHX will continue to see very small trickle in numbers sporadically.
That's what I figured, but it's also the reason I was surprised the cancelled Standing Bid had 8 PHX CA vacancies and the last one had 4. Did some Captains just happen to move on all at once, or was there more to it?
