As a new hire who recently completed IOE, I was just able to participate in the June bid on FLICA. I'm curious as a DAY FO why was there only 10 lines to bid on when there shows to be 32 FO's assigned to DAY?

When I click on the Round 2 DAY FO bid award for June, basically the top 10 senior FO's were awarded their bids. Everyone else below that says " NO AWARD". What gives?
