If Air Wisconsin gets anything, it will probably be PSA's 200s replacing your older 200s.
PSA will probably get the 700s from Envoy, but they will replace 200s not growth.
Envoy will probably replace 700s with more E175s and E145s coming back from TSA and Expressjet. Envoy does not have enough pilots to staff the 700s plus new E175s and returning E145s.
TSA 145s aren't going anywhere in the near future.
