Looking for quality of life first, pay second. Also enjoy international flying, and would want to get back to that soon.
You should also consider Atlas. We have a few former Emirates pilots here too. If you don't dig it, you can move on to the majors as many others have chosen to do. Lots of good info in the hiring section at APC.
