Default Leaving Emirates, which major to go to?

After 10+ years at EK, considering going back home. Which of the three DAL/UAL/AAL would you recommend and why?

-How many years to upgrade?
-How long to get back above 200K?
-What is the most junior base in each?
-What is the junior fleet?

Looking for quality of life first, pay second. Also enjoy international flying, and would want to get back to that soon.

Dude, spend a few minutes and do some research for yourself by reading the forums; instead of wanting info spoon fed to you.

Oh, I don't know. Maybe the FIRST ONE to offer a job maybe?

Any of the big 3 are going to be good for you. Movement is quick, retirements are starting to really take off.

Junior aircraft is narrowbody 737/320/md88/717 (e190 at AA till they are gone) (CS100/300 at DL when they arrive).

Pay is similar at all 3 but United and Delta have much better profit sharing.
I'd say QOL is a bit better at DL and UA for non-pay items but I'm sure that is arguable.

DL has probably the most lucrative extra $$ program with greenslips, UA has senior manning, not sure at AA.

But honestly you just need to get a call and an offer first. Figure out where you want to focus your energy or where your top base would be, but getting an offer will be the biggest hurdle.

I don't work for any of them, but from what I'm hearing UA and DL have the better work rules. Besides that, where do you want to live/settle down?

Just change your FB status to "single"

The airlines will flock...

I kid... Good luck w/ the decision.
