I think some are mad they had to spend 7-10 years to get where some can be within a year, maybe two. It's the aviation roller coaster. I had to bend over backwards to get a job at Colgan in 2006 and you'd be kicked out of the interview if you even asked how long it would take to upgrade. I could be bitter, but I'm not. These are great times to get into 121, I do hope the newbies realize this isn't really "normal." Granted, the word really has no place in commercial aviation. Ha
