I've been at TSA for awhile in STL. Upgraded faster than all my friends at other "better" airlines. As an FO, I averaged 100 credit hours and between 13-14 days off and that was with 150% open time. Now it's at 200% for FOs and I know some are crediting well north of 100. As a captain, STL is not a great base because it's so incredibly senior. If you don't mind sitting reserve and not really being used, being a captain in STL is not bad at all.
TSA has its problems for sure but taking to my other friends at other companies, they have theirs as well.
