The truth is that this place isn't aweful. It's just that there are so many BETTER options for potential new hires.
The pay is undeniably at the bottom of the regional airline payscale, (for F/O's and Captains), and the upgrades have slowed to a trickle,........ (just like the "flow").
The only reason to come to PSA is if you happen to live in (or within driving distance of) CLT, DAY, TYS, or CVG.
There is no other regional with any of the same bases as PSA. CLT is the best hub in the southeast for commuters. ATL is good too but the only regional with an ATL base is the ASA side of expressjet which has a 9 year upgrade. First year pay is about 1/3 of deal when considering a regional and it's not bad at PSA when you factor in the 10K bonus. Upgrade time and bases make up the other 2/3s. Upgrade is holding steady at about 2-2.5 years at PSA which is respectable.
