The union is going to sign a LOA allowing the company to right seat qualify all captains. The company will then upgrade more (keeping upgrade times low) knowing they can put reserve captains in the right seat if they are out of reserve FOs. The company needs short upgrade times for recruiting. The company needs to remain at 115 planes, use the Envoy 700s as 200 replacements and reduce it's presence in the northeast while taking over all the MIA AA regional flying with MIA crew base, recruiting problem solved.
