They caused the backlog, which caused the stagnation, then they sat on their hands for 4+ months barely hiring any new FO's and thought that announcing 1000 pilots in 2 years would get the engine fire back up. People stopping coming as soon as the upgrades stopped. Any dope can see that. People were coming here in droves before the flow, so that is obviously not the big draw. Upgrades Upgrades Upgrades.
