I guess managements assertion that no first officer would ever be affected by the 4 year pay cap, (unless he chose to skip upgrade), was wrong.
FO that I am flying with today has been here 20 months. At the current rate, he is 15 months away from upgrade.
So, people hired in 2014 have a 3 year upgrade.
People hired today will likely not upgrade for 6 years.
