If you want a plethora of info on CJ4 ops, you should have the owner join the Citation Jet Pilots Owner Pilot Association (CJP).

It's $300/year. For that, the owner gets a $500 certificate each year on Cessna service and parts. And a bunch of other things that make it a no-brainer. I've seen guys save a few thousand on training with ProFlight or FlightSafety. The organization helped one owner get a six-figure refund from Cessna on another issue. They will get their $300 back... if that is an issue for someone with an $8M jet.
Their forum has a lot of knowledgable owners and pro pilots.
