Overall, Endeavor has become one of the best places to go to, all other things being equal. I'd still probably pick a couple other places IF IF IF I lived in base there, if not, then nope, come here. Everyone has their own priorities and needs to assess based on them. If you are looking for a REGIONAL that is near the top in compensation and at least offers a coin flip to join Delta in the next 4-5 years, this is a great place. IF you want to work at American, as of today, go to one of their 3 regionals ( no idea which is best ). If you want to work anywhere else besides American, this is probably still the best as the movement is still happening for new hires (and looks to continue for some time with a couple hundred FO's still to go to class at Delta) and I could only dream of getting paid what we've accomplished here when I was a new hire.
