How do you know Kernan is making a big announcement ? Haven't heard anything that there's something coming other than the critical pay arbitration coming soon and the flow meeting this past Monday.

Since AAG wants to keep all 3 WOs roughly equal in terms of compensation, could this be the "big announcement" the Kernan is referring to that will fix all our staffing woes?
