Question 1: How long would it take a new hire to hold a round one line in DAY, TYS, and CVG?

Question 2: What scenario would offer the greatest QOL? 1. Holding a round one line in DAY, CVG, or TYS (two leg commute) or 2. sitting reserve in CLT (easy one leg commute)?

My greatest QOL factor is max days off. Looking to SAP down as low as possible. S.O. is the bread winner so pay is not my top priority.
