No one knows. If we can actually hire more people, then your reserve time will be minimal, especially in DAY or CVG. If we can only hire 7 per class, it will be longer.

It is all up to Dion/Parker and what they do in the next several months. If they really are going to raise pay and increase benefits at all of the WO'd, then PSA might be a good place to be. As of now, however, it is not.

Right now, there are only a few FOs on reserve in Dayton and CVG as we are pretty short staffed. Who knows what it will be like in 6 months. I wouldn't even want to guess.
