My greatest QOL factor is max days off. Looking to SAP down as low as possible. S.O. is the bread winner so pay is not my top priority.
Thanks
Also I wouldn't base your decision to come to PSA on SAP. Right now the system is taking several hours to process the request and last month it had to be done manually. So it may or may not work for you.
Also Managment doesn't like SAP and there is a rumor ( I stress Rumor) that Managment may be trying to bring in PBS in exchange for those pay and work rule improvements. Then you will find yourself doing a 2 leg commute for no reason.
My suggestion would be to find an airline that has the easiest commute you'll probably have more time at home and definitely much less stress.
For instance. Even if you SAP down and have 15 days off that turns into only 11 if you have to leave the day prior for every trip because it's a 2 leg commute.
