My greatest QOL factor is max days off. Looking to SAP down as low as possible. S.O. is the bread winner so pay is not my top priority.
Thanks
You will have no qol here at Psa as a reservist and a commuter. Go elsewhere if you don't live in one of the bases.
No idea of your prior experience but crew scheduling/Managment here is deliberate in their lack of concern for qol.
You can expect 5:00am hot reserve for 8 hours in Dayton for the first of your block (or 6:30am in CLT) maybe you do an out and back (about 25% of the time).
Then the remainder of the block you will be buying hotels or sitting in a crash pad until the last day you will get assigned a turn the night prior that will be extended at least once--despite others on day two wanting to fly--that will make it difficult/impossible to get home.
Rd one at best and a minimum is a year out. You must have Rd one to sap
