We are not losing a lot of people right now. Excluding people on the seniority list as AA PER, we lost 12 and added 15 last month for a net gain of 3. You can spin those numbers however you want but 12 is not a lot.
Well in the last year my number went up the list by about 230-250 people and the list has shrunk about 75 pilots.
