Maybe... Right now we are basically able to hire for attrition and things will improve in terms of pay and contract if AAG doesn't want a staffing crisis in its hands. Upgrades will continue, and so will attrition. I've been talking with quite a few captains that have interviews with legacies coming up. And the major retirement wave hasn't even really started yet. Movement will come no matter what.
