I moved 174 numbers in 3 years, so the movement is slower near the top of the list. That was the point I was making earlier. 70-80 lifers and a limited number of CA slots is going to leave a lot of senior FO's. Stagnation is setting in, unless a mass exodus happens, which it may. Hard to say for sure.

Best case if you're considering it, plan on being a FO for a while and reserve for a while. If that works for you, then come on. If not, there might be other better places to consider.
