It isn't PSA that screws up the CLT ramp... it's when mainline pushes an A330 and blocks the entire north ramp for 20 minutes, when ramp control makes three separate radio calls to get a message across to one single airplane, when PDT and AWAC come in and don't know their way around or wait until they've completely reached a spot and stopped on it before calling the next ramp frequency, or when mainline is monitoring the wrong frequency and holds the whole line up for 10 minutes. But yeah, sure, the CLT ramp sucks because it's all PSA's fault right? Get real...
