Yes, but everything has a price, and right now that price is way too steep for Delta to pay its pilots. You could probably get the mainline pilots to give up that scope for captain pay protection for everyone currently there, and a full pension. However, that would be far and away more expensive than just paying mainline pilots to fly those aircraft.
Endeavor will never be absorbed or stapled by mainline, if our market goes away, then Endeavor will be shut down, and the pilots that stay will be given a severance package by Delta.
