Pay is only one part of the equation, and bonuses are only temporary. Let's look at what coming to envoy on the E175 (since that seems to be what everyone wants) will get you as a brand new FO in terms of schedule. Schedules have a huge impact on QOL. This data was taken from the June bid packet.

Most junior line holder is a little over 5 years
Average line credit is 75:11
Average block time is 72:38
Average amount of deadheading (credits only 50%) is 5:06
Average days off is 14

All of this can be had after 5+ years of reserve hell.

As long as we get AAG's flight file scraps, I doubt there will be much improvement. RAH, XJT, Mesa, etc. get first choice at what flying they want and the WO get what's left, which leaves very little mid day flying. Put those into a line and you get mostly 4 day trips, long sits, and lost weekends.
