I doubt it. Professional recruiters are well aware of how recruiting efforts work.
No applicant is "expected" to accept a job offer, just as no applicant "expects" to be offered the job. An interview is a two-way street. The company is selling itself to the applicant, and the applicant is selling himself to the company. If the company wants the applicant, the company makes their best offer and the applicant accepts or rejects the offer. Pretty much how this game works.
In this environment, pilots have a lot of options. There is nothing wrong with interviewing and getting a feel for different airlines and corporations before making a decision.
I would also encourage pilot applicants to let the companies know what didn't work for you if you decide that company isn't for you. Was it pay? Insurance? Bases? Whatever it is, let them know. That information goes back to the HR heads and may be something addressed to make their company more attractive to pilots.
