HA! "Give me more money!" What did you do the get this 100 days of 100% CCF? Well you didn't no show for a trip, you didn't call in sick, you answered the phone while on reserve and made your call time, if you're a line pilot you picked up open time at 150%. Honestly you did your job as contracted, or picked up overtime at a premium. Why would you deserve a raise for not calling in sick? At the moment you work at a regional who has the highest paid FO's in the industry, for the most part the highest paid captains in the industry, you already get a bonus for meeting performance standards, if you are an FO you have some of the quickest upgrade times in the industry. We have another 2 1/2 years of bonus left, smile be happy you're doing a good job and getting paid well to do it.
Really the guys making this happen are recruiting for getting us pilots so all trips can be covered, crew staffing, crew scheduling, and maintenance for keeping the birds up and flying.
