I got hired in January, and a guy from my class is already Rd1 in Dayton. With one more Rd2. A couple are slated to goto CLT, just hasnt taken effect yet. Depending on the growth, you will likely be able to hold anything but CLT right out of training, with CLT following in a few months. What the line holding situation will look like then is anyones guess. No one can predict that. But essentially, its right about 6 months from date of hire to hold a line.. at least in Dayton.
