Couldn't agree more. The only way to get the sCO FA's to vote yes is to put them under duress in some way or another so voting yes is better than voting no.
Voting yes, for ANYTHING, means they get bumped down the food change, for the rest of their 70 year careers. They will never vote yes voluntarily. EVER.
