As I previously stated, I believe it is the end of the regional model as we know it. To answer your question, I would say there is no safe bet. That is my whole point. Regional airlines are a buisness model which made sense with expensive mainline pilot compensation and excessive labor willing to fly for less. We have now entered an era of relatively low labor availability and thus compensation is rising. Delta recognizes this and so offered its only wholly owned regional temporary bonuses to keep its planes flying until Delta could take those route back with the C Series order starting in 2017.

I rarely post on other airline's topics, and do not wish to spread ill will. However I felt compelled after one of your recruiters posted lies on my current employer's thread and bashed them. As you will notice, I am not advocating for anyone to go to any particular regional. Rather I have only asked questions and expressed my opinion on the future state of the airlines, my objective being to inform potential pilots rather than allow them to believe the lies I have witnesses your recruiters posting across the forums.
