What a joke Omni is desperate for pilots right now. Them giving extra Sims tells the whole story . To screw up the right seat ride takes a lot of effort. No fan of the airline but the training department will do anything to help you pass some of the best guys out there.Yes you have to work hard and know what your doing ,. But that's the way it should be
