It is currently not AQP, but AQP has been approved and they are starting to roll it our soon.
It will be standard AQP, with the 2 session, as you would expect.
The training department is pretty good at PSA. There are some really good guys in the department. I have never seen anyone failed that did not deserve to fail. Also, the company will not hesitate to give you an extra couple of sim sessions if you are progressing well but just need a little extra help.
