Why are we wasting time and money on this new "negotiating committee"? I have seen that they have been receiving compensation for missed flights for this negotiating training. That is our money that is wasted on the ridiculous idea that the company is going to increase the flow.
Welcome to the cost of having a union which is much better than not paying union dues and having no legal representation at all. How much more do you think you would complain if we had no union and the company was free to change policies whenever? So you are saying we don't need a NC? A couple of years of 121 time and you are just now learning of FPL for union members? Go to SKW if you are tired of paying ALPA dues or volunteer to join the union since you have all the answers.
