A couple of years of 121 time and you are just now learning of FPL for union members? Go to SKW if you are tired of paying ALPA dues or volunteer to join the union since you have all the answers.
I'm on second year pay. I could go to Skywest and get a pay raise while not even including their signing bonus. If I wasn't a line holder I wouldn't hesitate to leave.
