Just looking to see who decides to stick it out to 65 as AA morphs into a mega LCC with a regional flying schedule. The stated goal with PBS is 85 hr lines with as few days off as possible. They cry efficiency but they really want you on the clock for reassignments at their discretion. Fewer reserves is the intended company benefit of PBS but the line holders WILL take up the slack in schedule anomalies.
The SLI will put many senior line holders back in abuse territory. It won't be pretty but the time for making plans will soon be on us.
Many of present bid sheets are already American Eagle circa 2006 (when it was good for a regional). They say life is about coming full circle back around and so it will likely be for many of us.
