Just looking to see who decides to stick it out to 65 as AA morphs into a mega LCC with a regional flying schedule. The stated goal with PBS is 85 hr lines with as few days off as possible. They cry efficiency but they really want you on the clock for reassignments at their discretion. Fewer reserves is the intended company benefit of PBS but the line holders WILL take up the slack in schedule anomalies.

Isn't PBS just a "filtering" system by seniority w/ preferences? If the pairings are cr@p, then even a HAL 2016 superpower can"t build a good line.
