Never said it would be great for a junior guy, in fact I said it wouldn't. There's always the bad with the good, but compared to what we have now, I'll take my chances. I'm looking forward to it because I know as I get more senior, my schedule will be much better than it otherwise would have. Everyone has different priorities when it comes to their schedule, so we can go round and round on this topic forever. But I do know that for my next 30 or so years at this airline, about 70% of it will be at the top half of the seniority list. Personally, I'd much rather build my own monthly line rather than someone else do it for me and hopefully I can fix it later.
