The last sentence may be true from my query of many of those who are paralleling (at least so far), but I think pay will go down for the high-timers and most especially the premium patrol. PBS is designed to eliminate inefficiencies and so less open time will mean less reserve scrambling, less premium and less ability to TTOT. I think most will have a better chance at post award schedule modification via TT with other pilots or picking up what they want to drop. If you are a high-timer, you'll still be able to get some extra, but less open time means less flexibility in doing so and just like eliminating the requirement of paying for conflicts, a lessor requirement to pay premium.

I'm not a high-timer, but I know some premium hounds who will take a big hit IMO. No way to truly know how it will all shake out until ALL bid statuses go PBS and then see how things settle down.
