I believe the source you cited is taking into account a survey while mine takes things like poverty level, median household income, percentage of residents with a bachelors degree etc into account. Cinci actually ranked better than Knoxville believe it or not. Knoxville does have more "cultural amenities", but the poverty level there is pretty bad. Almost twice the national average. Dayton was one of the worst along with Canton, Akron, Cleveland, Toledo, and one or two other Ohio cities. I can't believe Ohio had the most cities listed of any state.
