Sorry not the union's fault. The company acts like they are negotiating but really aren't. Even the federal judge saw through their charade and called them "specious". Not to mention that after negotiating a vsp and shaking hands on it the company then refused to sign it. Please get your facts straight before blaming the Union for everything. KR is a snake oil salesman and no one is safe without representation even if we don't like everything the Union does. He is a master of divide and conquer which is what he is doing now.
